Our Bella Tutu is just the look for any occasion. This sweet style features a smocked bodice with a tiered tulle skirt and bottom snaps for easy changes.

Featuring our butterfly embroidered tulle in our ‘cotton candy‘ hue. Transform your little ones’ style with this beautiful butterfly look.
